By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You own or have the right to submit the User Content
Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you agree to:

Authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount
Pay all applicable fees and taxes
Understand that all fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with EA Trade for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Include your account information and purchase details
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Note: After 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Refunds are only available for the initial purchase and not for subscription renewals.

9. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EA Trade is a tool for trading automation and analysis. We do not provide financial advice, and the Service should not be considered as such. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EA TRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EA Trade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the application.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
